I don't make a habit of eating pop-tarts. One of the guys at work got a pack of them out of the vending machine and gave me one. They're way too sweet for my liking but when you're starving at work you'll eat pretty much anything that's tossed in front of ya, haha.

As far as looking at the nutrition label on the back, I have no idea what to look at or what to look for. Luckily, I've been blessed with a high metabolism (although, it apears to be slowing down with age) so I don't pay much attention to the back labels. But I will most deffinately take your word for it.:D
