Need some opinions!

I was thinking i have some scratches on my IC pipe and I was thinking should I get them sand blasted and then paint them?

I say screw sand blasting and powder coat it black :)

Cant go wrong with black, but what is the accent color on your car? red would also look good, or silver.

Have 'em flame sprayed! It'd be super durable and would have some crazy texture to it. And I know the guys who do it.:cool:

I think either a gloss black or possibly a texture or crinckle black would look nice. Your underhood is really clean as it is so a nice black would be a subtle accent to it.

Black or gumetal definitely. The green would be cool too, but it is very in-your-face.
