SCCNH Autocross Series 2010 - Next Event November 6th Lincoln, NH [Archive]

You DO NOT need to pre-register in order to race, but it would be a good idea. Check out the autocross section of SCCNH.ORG. Show up at 8AM when the gates open. Typically there are between 40 and 50 drivers. The cap is at 60 drivers.

It'd be nice to get some more NES members in on the events this year! Put your modifications to the test!

CEL P0021 over advanced cam timing something something. I need to get my AVCS oil filter/lines cleaned. I already had the banjo filter removed so this is the next step.

I asked Tom, and he was not 100% sure, due to being sick and all. If you have higher than stock boost, I know that automatically puts you into either Street Prepared or Street Modified?

I figure Rob would know, as I would imagine he is not at stock boost. Sorry for the noob question, registering for the 6/5 & 6/6 event now.:devil:

modified bost will put you into SM. With the majority of the subarus running sunday. :)

Ok. And does it matter what I put for SCCNH class? There is no street modified so I just clicked on street prepared as the only other option that makes sense is prepared.

If you're not signed up for the right class they'll correct it when you register in the morning.

And to anyone else interested, you DON'T need to pre-register before Sunday in order to race. Doing so just makes it easier. Gonna be a nice day!

Had an excellent day for this yesterday! Perfect weather.

Murphy took 1st place in SM and mike was kicking ass in street prepared. I believe i got last place in SM?

i blame blown struts. :unamused:

I was going to race an Ex35, but apparantly scca doesnt like stock SUV's. Rollover concern, this thing handles amazing and i would have really liked to take it out.

Edit: For the SCCNH class you mean? There wasn't an option for SM, I didn't know to go in street prepared or prepared for that. Hopefully I'll figure it out when I get there.

It was tight. Under a minute single lap. Real technical. I couldn't tell how bad my tires were on the last one because of the rain. I could definitely tell on this course. I had Terry drive my car through it just to make sure I wasn't crazy in thinking it was my suspension. My tires were the culprit holding me back from better lap times. :unamused: It was still a really good time. My brother brought his car up and ran his first autocross. He did well. He loves his '10 WRX.

On a side note, Terry also said that Alex's rear struts are blown. So, he might be swinging by in the near future.

My compressor died just recently. :( Like a wave of sand gets stuck in the vajayjay a few days before each event. I hear compressed air helps get that **** out.

you need to do some kiegels and tighten up that crevasse of yours so it doesnt hold as much sand!

And I have a valid excuse. I drove to DC and back last weekend and I've managed to rack up 22,000 miles on the car in the past 5 months.

Getting up at 5AM is not on my list of things to do at this moment of time...

....And yes, the sand in my vagina is so plentiful, you could make sand paper....

Great turnout and course! Tom (ekats99rs^^) got 2nd place in Modified, and I got my best finish yet in 6th.

Tons of Subarus up there today, the kid who got first in Modified was at his 3rd Auto-X ever. :eek:

Now only 5 months of waiting till the next one... :unamused:
