The Transmission Sleeve Kit (TSK) is a practical solution to the grooving problem of the quill (also referred to as the case extension or snout) on aluminum case transmissions. This causes symptoms of clutch chatter, jerking, noisy clutch release bearing, or a stuck pedal. Previously the whole case or entire transmission had to be replaced because the quill is an integral part of the case and thus cannot be replaced individually.

The TSK is easily installed in less than 5 minutes without any modification.

The kit comes complete with:


a 303 Stainless Steel sleeve
an oversized clutch release bearing
grease
attachment screws
and instructions.
