They will need sandblast your nuts then coat them, for such a small job they might just charge you labor VS paying $XXX to get something like wheels coated. I would say $30-45 range.

I went from bolts to nuts recently...

The problem with bolts is that you have to work the shaft too much. Always twisting and sliding it around until you get it just right. With nuts, you just twist gently. Of course, you should fondle your nuts every now and then just to make sure they're doing their job right...
