That`s because Acton is where they send all the witness protection people and sometime Dixfield.

Ohhh! That Acton. Right next to Dixfield. The 2 towns the census bureau folks don't visit. I gotchya now.

I replied before reading the reason for poll, I am in penobscot but do not go to meets.

I only concluded this was for tuners and suppliers and getting together the new subes...

my own is farbrication, welding, and peugeot wheels...

and most likely to outrun all other subys known to man. :D

I wanted to go to a meet to check out latest, and then go about my way, and never did...there seems an intimidation. Geiven my prerequisites and age, it is a silly thing to feel...like some noob pc builder telling me about a prescott cpu and being antique..err hum..won't mention anybody...:unamused:
It occured to me, as i watched in my own neighborhood, a primer grey 90 beaten legacy go thumping by...no doubt in another segregated legendary feat, like the 80s subes...I bet that guy wouldn't be at a meet either. Ya know what I mean?

I like some of the vids you guys (gals) put together, the answer about performance can sometimes be seen there.

I don't actually own a suby. I've been looking at either a 2.5rs, or a bugeye wrx.

YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please do. i got a couple place in mind in the old town orono area. park city grill in old town is good and has a large dinning room (if more people showed up), pats pizza is a classic in orono, for more high end dinning i like woodmans, but there seating is limited (i mean very limited i think 10 people would be a large group) but they have great food.

Old Town Maine...

i would be down for a northern meet. i used to plan them for STM and MS for us northerners, but the last one i organized, people said they were coming and ZERO people other than myself showed up. so i stopped.
