I went to West Harbor Pond, no one ever fishes it, but it's full of fish!! I would go a lot more often but I have no ice auger. Did you catch anything the other day?

Over 100 :)
We went to James Eddy and rented a 6 person shack.
We also rented a 6 person lodge at Moosehead for 4 days in March :)

Nice!!! Moosehead is nice. Have you been up there before? I wish I could have a place up there. My uncle has a place right on the lake, he calls it a camp but it's like a house.

Yup, few time :)
We used to have a camp on Beech Hill Pond in Otis.
Now it's all houses
The people who bought from my family raised it up and made it a year round house

My uncle paid $28,000.00 for a 1 bedroom with a loft, no bathroom on 2 acres in 1988.
He added a bathroom/shower and renovated the camp. Sold it for $250,000 in 2006

Sounds like he made out on that!!! Yeah I know that my uncle got his for a great price around 10 years ago, and now it's appraised at some insane amount
