09 WRX AP Install - NEED HELP ASAP!

Alright, I have a guy in my shop right now. First time I an installed a SUB003 (2009 WRX) AP into a car. Obviously, you don't have to use the D check connectors. I plugged the thing in and hit install. All that I am getting now is a Screen with the Cobb "C" appearing and a ghosted image of a checkered pattern scanning throughout. No progress bar, AP wont respond, and Cobb is closed on the weekends. Any thoughts?! I need help asap!!!

do the 09s still come with the little white plug? is it new or second hand?

New, no white plug 06+.....got it working. Customer decided to unplug it on his own, replugged and it worked! Must have done something wrong originally.

You can print the loading information from the COBB website IIRC
