I'll be skeptical until I try it.

I could see interactive movies coming out in the future with it if it does work out.

well this kinda technology cross bred with holographic technology which already exists (but you gotta be in some kinda government level or very very very filthy rich to play with it) could become those computers we see in like avatar where you just touch the holographic image and it interacts...

 scary. And everyone thought there was no big things to come in future technology left. Now we made full virtual interaction ready for the public home :D

looks incredible but im sure their are tons of flaws. when the lady was "touching" the water, it almost looked like it was pre-planned, not actually recognizing. looks cool though. pushing the boundaries everyday....and i though SNES was awesome when it first came out hahha

There's been talk that this won't able available on higher-end games because of the amount of system resources it requires. So what I'm afraid will end up happening is just like the Wii, most of it will be shovelware.

Sony is also working on a Wii competitor, the "Wand". But that is a much closer Wiimote ripoff.

Personally, as much as I love my Wii, I'd rather the other systems stay traditional. I really don't care to sneak around my living room to play Metal Gear.
