Lightweight drive shaft

I was looking into getting a lightweight drive shaft but I don't know if it will really free up much hp for the price. Does anyone have one or does anyone know what type of gains you get out of one?

I have a system from the driveshaft shop..one piece, lightened aluminum shaft set up..

Alot less weight, better balance and NO silly U-joint in the middle... I believe mine was done not so much fr weight reduction as it was meant as a fail safe critical breakdown as my sewbie has room for alot more with a few adaptations.
