WHat's the best bang for my buck for some winter tires? My dad said he'd get me some for xmas since my tires are close to the legal limit. I would like these to last 2 or possibly 3 winters.

I am not looking for all seasons as I will be purchasing some Rota Rims and summer tires come April/May

Blizzaks are nice, yet they aren't the cheapest price.

Winterforces are also nice, yet you probably won't find any now locally, probably sold out.

I went for General Altimax Arctics. This is my 1st set of snow tires and I love them. They ride nice on the highway, and plow through the snow no problem. I went to my local Tire Warehouse the other day and they had many of these still in stock.

I just bought a set of Blizzaks and they are amazing, but you will pay a pretty little penny for them. They should last me atleast 2 more seasons as long as I dont slide around to much and get them off once it warms up and put my summers on.

For the best snow & ice traction Blizzacks. If you want a performance snow go with Dunlap Winter Sport M3s. I am on my 4th winter with them :)

I got Winterforces this season. Hate them. Sidewalls roll way too easily.

M3s way better. Blizzaks way better. Altimaxs are way better.
