First of all, for anyone who might not have seen our website, check out both our Dyno Database (http://efilogics.com/dyno/) and our Gallery (http://efilogics.com/gallery/) for all of our major builds and many of our smaller builds from over the last year. We have a ton of information up there, so feel free to browse through and do not hesitate to ask us any questions or send us an e-mail!

We've had a few more cars of interest come through here in the last few weeks that we figured we'd share with everyone!

First up is Gary's '06 STi. This car was totaled after a front end accident last year and was completely built back from the ground up with some obvious changes in the body. The car is absolutely stunning in person and everyone that stopped in while it was here loved the BMW Laguna Seca Blue. We had been working back and forth with Gary for quite a few months as he was having issues getting parts he needed, but he finally had everything set and came up for his tune. He was having a few issues with his meth kit and some other things needed some ironing out, but overall the car did excellent once we fixed its small issues and we were very impressed at how well it did with a TMIC. Gary's final numbers were 414hp and 421ft/lbs of torque.

Here's the full mod list:

GT30R turbo
P&L Rotated Turbo Kit
Spearco TMIC
Aquamist HFS-5
Grimmspeed BCS
DW850cc injectors
Built Engine w/ 272 Cams
TGV Delete
P&L Turbo back exhaust

Next, we tuned Andy's '02 WRX with a Ver.8 STi engine swap. Andy did all of the work himself and the car tuned out pretty well! He made 328hp and 275ft/lbs of torque with an 8cm FP Green, EWG, and a TMIC.

We just finished an engine build on Justin's '05 STi. Justin has been a great customer of ours and of Chris' (even back at XX) and already had a Blouch 2.5R and was running an APS 725 FMIC. He was looking to have a little more reliability, as he's been pushing 350hp for some time, so he came in for some forged pistons. The car is running great and he just picked it up today. Here's a dyno graph from before his most recent visit, and we look forward to seeing what it puts out once he can make it back up for his retune!

We're currently working on John's '09 WRX. He had been tuned with an AVO 380 kit about a month or so ago with a TMIC and was looking for a bit more power, so he opted to go with a FMIC. John brought us an STi intake manifold, Perrin front mount core, a clutch, and a catback and basically let us loose. So far, the manifold is mounted with the fuel lines all modified/moved to fit with it and the FMIC custom fabricated piping is complete as well - complete with a welded flange for John's AVO BOV, a Perrin catch can to be used as a coolant overflow tank, and the washing fluid reservoir is still obtainable as well, something we had an issue with on another FMIC kit for this car... we'll see what we can get out of John's car once the job is complete, but here's his old graph and some pictures of the build until then!

Chris has also just finished tuning a fully built '08 STi in Romania, who had the following review for us that he left on Cobb's website:

We have some experience with Cobb products also, very good, not only interested in sales, they find the time to back up the products.
And about Chris from EfiLogics you are 110% correct. The guy is in a league of his own, one of the best in business and very respectful.
Andrei Tentean
SKN Romania

Other than that, Chris has also been working on a couple of STis in Jordan as well, so we'll see how those go once they are complete!

We got John's '09 WRX on the dyno right before New Year's and it did pretty well! With the same turbo, it put out 329hp and 363ft/lbs of torque, almost 30hp and 60ft/lbs over the last tune with the AVO TMIC!

We also tuned Justin's '05 STi earlier this week. The only big difference tune-wise with this build from his last setup was the 10cm hotside on his Blouch 2.5R and here are the results:

http://efilogics.com/dyno/graph.php?gb=0&hp=1&torque=1&boost=1&rpm=1&sl=1&sln=1&runid1=520&rgb1=000000255&runid2=698&rgb2=204000000

He made 355hp and 380ft/lbs of torque and is quite happy with the overall feel of the car and the added safety of the forged pistons. He's also looking towards doing meth sometime later this year.
