View Full Version : A reminder about posting videos

NES always has and always will be 100% against street racing.

Recently I have seen a few "home made" videos posted by members that depict them possibly (more than likely) breaking speed or other laws in their cars.

This should serve as a reminder that all videos should be work safe and more importantly NOT contain illegal racing or show of power on public roads or where the law prohibits such driving.

Any member who post's a video that contains questionable material will have the video removed.

If you have any questions please feel free to PM me directly.

if you're doing it illegally (trespassing) or on public roads, yes.

That's the only place I do it!!! Like really, the only places to do it safely are empty parking lots at nite, which would be considered trespassing, no? Damn it.

well, I guess if you have stills of you doing something illegal or it is determined by one of the moderators/admins that you are doing something illegal it would fall under section B, rule #3 of the site rules listed here:

I would definitly post that it was filmed on closed/private course.

This only pertains to videos of illegal actions. We could "what if" this to death... I think this a classic case of using your better judgement :)

what are we doing about music videos that have naughty naughty swear words in the lyrics?

Bu11dogg2
12-15-2009, 04:45 PM
I'm not overly concerned with swears in videos as long as swears are NOT the main theme and it is titled NWS.

There is a difference between art, and NWS material

Getting caught while doing it, and having the video confiscated and used against you in court. That's always pretty good. :D
