Camber Bolts?

im putting some Tein H-tech springs on my 2006 sti. It lowers the car Front: -1.1 Rear: -0.6. I hear all about these Camber Bolts. i understand what they do, but i dont understand at what ride reduction height they come into play. will i need a set for these springs?
