yeah im fine, no i didnt keep it. A car 3 cars after me ran it right the F over and ruined their radiator. Skidplate saves the understide of my car as it hit my front and ended up under my car but it just slid on the skid and poped out the side. So now i need to buy another headlight, and fenders. I have updated corner markers already so thats a plus. This is just really $ i dont have right now that i need to put into the car again.... wehn it rains it pours and i have been having a very bad month. But i am working on the positive and the skid did its job and saved my car! (positive attitude begets positive results :-))

They really like to run into cars don't they?
<----- Had a similar experience when I was 16. It was not fun driving at night for a while after that.

I'm still very jumpy when I see a stray reflector at night.
<----Had a similar experience a few months ago. In fact, I found yet another small shard of glass in my hand today. It won't come out of my pockets.
And to the OP. Sorry about your car. Those little bastards ruin everything.

^ thanks man, yeah i have been a bit jumpy before and now i am plain paranoid.
Also yes 93 is post face lift but that's the swap that i was doing before i ran into the deer so those would work for me

that metal angers me. Within two years of your model is when it began..
check the belly pan via a level lift while you are at repairs if you can.
in contrast, I hit one with an old dl in the 60s mph. I thought for sure I was a goner, it just sat there in split seconds before impact. I ducked down, heard the bell type sound permeate the body rails...and found I had hair in the bumper like straw through a telephone pole after a tornado.
no errors. not even a dent.
play doh. its for kids.

i have looked under that car and the skid ties the whole front of the car together so i very much doubt there is any damage to the unibody of the car

At least you didn't get around to the respray yet. Like I said the other day. If you want to hit up CarWorld they have a few chasis. No turbo hoods though andI'm not sure what's good for pannels but should have at least the lights.
