YEP! haha... Tripod/Delayed Shutter Speed FTW! Actually im just amazing and stood extremly still while holding the camera! haha i wish...

cool - i took a shot like that when i was in Hollywood on the corner of Hollywood and Fairfax BLVD - came out really nice cause of all the Neon and the cars rushing through the intersection :)
