Hey everybody, i'd like to apologize to those that were watching me pull that stupid stunt getting pulled over on the girly purple CBR. I'm sure I didn't give the cop a good impression of us since I was there to hang out with you guys. I should have brought my subie anyway. what was I thinking? no more staying up til 3 a.m. playing Forza 2, and waking up to go to work @ 6 a.m. anyway, hope to see some peeps at the next meet.......and I'll have the car fo' sho'

Don't worry about it. I"m sure the cop didn't really associate you with the group. But really we've all done stupid things in the past.... Some continue to do them.... so don't worry about it.

He would have waited to get someone. He had no intension of leaving until we did, that I can say for certain. I think when we first showed up he heard a couple of our cars and figured he'd get something for his time.

Just glad it was only a warning.

+1 on the warning. I've gotten a lot of good breaks by simply being polite and showing that I understood what I did(in each instance) perhaps wasn't the best of ideas...

I agree. He was out to get someone. Good thing it was just a warning.

So, you realize a cop is around, yet you still pulled some sort of stunt? We all do dumb things at times man. I'm sure no one will hold it against you.

no actually i don't think he did.
Cause the parking lot had tree covereage inwhich the cop was hiding in facing lets say north bound (not sure which direction it truely was ) with his back facing the tree coverage
the bike was heading on said north bound and blew by the tree coverage not sure if there was a cop or not and its kinda too late when ya finally see the cop

but i will say this... Was pretty funny when ya stopped and gave this goofy wave as the cop is making his move

I'm very offended Eric, you get nabbed by the po-po at our event, in front of our event. You need to give me free oil changes and 11-bazillion% discount on parts from now to eternity.

BTW, j/k, good thing you did what you did and got what you got, cuz I was right behind you and would've done something stupid as well.
