:( So my 08 LGT has 5500 miles and a couple of times while passing I put the SI Drive in Sport Sharp and stepped on it to the floor as you would for passing, it downshifted fine, ran to redline and when it upshifted it dropped to 4000 rpm and then there was a noticable stutter I heard it, felt it and saw the tach reacting also. It did it for about 1 second then pulled to redline as it should. I can't seem to get it to do it when the SI Drive is in Intellgent or Sport mode, only when it is in Sport Sharp. It was almost like a miss fire. I'm going to have the dealer look at it during my next service but was wondering what some of you think.

Uh oh, might be due to that NAV mod you did.

I was on LGT.com and remember seeing something about 05 LGT's having the same kind of issue but do you think I can find that thread now?:unamused:
I'll post this over there too and see what I can find.

I found the thread on LGT.com and it looks like that's what it'll need. I wonder how receptive my dealer will be to me providing info from the net? I guess I'll find out.
Now I wish I put it on the dyno at EFI when we were there even though it's completely stock. I bet he would have seen it during a pull and I wouldn't be here worrying about my car. :unamused:

So did you ever figure out the issue? Reflash fix it?

It hasn't happened since. The car now has 10500 miles on it (bought it in July with 303 miles ) and it seems to have gone away. With the wife driving it now ( me got 09 F150 :D) I doubt the RPM's will go much beyond 4000

your wife wont make it stutter. its a matter of the acceleration through the 3500-4000 range. if youre not on it, it wont stutter. it will be a hard sell to get the dealership to reflash. they are not believers in the stuttering theory. going stage one or stage two will fix as well cause you reflash. good luck. i am just under 46000 with my lgt. i noticed the stuttering at 4500 when i bought it and, uhhh, yesterday and every time i run it in between.
i dont call it STUTTERING BOB for nothing.
