l33t.

I thought Exeter already put a policy on those laptops so the home page couldn't be changed? I guess not.

It's a like the Taj Mahal in there now.

It makes me feel better to spend all that money on my car for service when I get to sit in comfy chairs with a big screen. I'm glad the money I paid them for my went to something useful.

That place seems like so much less fun since Brian(North Ursalia) left.

I know, way to bump a wicked old thread, but I thought I'd update the Scott situation. He was 'let go' shall we say, but he has his own shop (has for some time)- ScottysCountryAuto.com. Same Scott, his own shop, still working on Subarus and other cars, and one of the cheaper labor rates around :).

Forgot to add, Ronny and Clyde are up at Tri-City Subaru, along with Ozzy and Bobby. It's like the new Exeter- they even tried to get me to work in parts when I went to visit . I think I'll keep my geek job though.

Pat was there and also at Ocean Subaru (former AMD Subaru) but I think he's at Bill Dube Ford in Dover now. I should give him a call and see where he actually is at.

Damn Brian you really did bump and OLD thread. It's been a while since everyone disappeared over there. I mean some of the replacements have been helpful from time to time, but between doing more and more work myself and things... well not breaking I haven't gone in in quite a while.

So, I was told that Exeter was a decent place to go for getting things worked on, but with all these people you guys are saying left, is it no longer good to go? For instance I was about to get my timing belt done, I figured it's at 111,000 and it was about time (got the car at 70,000, and I doubt it was done before)

I can't comment on any of the techs @ Exeter as I don't know any of them anymore. If you're coming up to NH, Tri-City is only about 20 minutes further up the highway, and Bobby, Ozzy, or Ronny are all great techs.

Hello! Sorry I didn't realized I got a text from Randall until today. I can get you in for whatever you would like! Send me a PM anytime and I can quote what you would like. There hasn't been much of a turnaround lately. I have grown up in a shop, my father owns his own in Laconia, NH. These are some of the better Tech's I have ever worked with. If you have any questions, let me know! Thanks, and sorry again for the slow response!

For what it is worth, Roger, the new Service Manager is a GREAT guy. I am sure Randy will attest to that. He has been with Subaru for 7-8 years now and in the Auto Industry for about 25 years. He's from Texas originally, has owned Motorcycle Stores of his own down there, and been with other brand dealers as well. Give us a call and try us out, I ENSURE you will not leave unsatisfied!
