I know that theres tons of threads about clutchs but whats the easiest way to put in a new one? droping the tranny or taking out the motor?
I got one coming up but I'm not sure whats the easier way to do it  (not my car)
I've done clutchs before but they were all during motor swaps so they were easy to access lol

If you have a lift, drop the tranny. Got a cherry picker? pull the motor.
I speak from expierience. Ive done a tranny/clutch install without a lift in a garage. It sucked. We only had 18" to work with. But when we had a lift. 1.5 hrs to pull the full tranny and install new clutch. Install took about an hour.

Definately dropping the tranny. I'd recomend not using syn tranny fluid. A few ppl I have talked too have had problems with the syn eating away the seals. (I beeing one of them, hence why I needed to do a tranny swap)

I've allways thought that oem fluids are the way to go :) and now I know to not get syn fluids...

last time i pulled it for the clutch i pulled the motor. You can get enough room moving the motor forward after taking the radiator out to do the clutch and leave the A/C PS etc still attached. If you have a lift as said above then id take the trans out.

The car doesn't have a/c or ps to deal with. It would probably be better to pull trans since once you unhook the driveshaft, you'll be halfway done with the trans fluid change, cover your eyes:lol:
Axles are teh fun too!

if you have a lift, drop tranny.
when I did it in my garage I pulled the motor forward after removing the radiator and had room to do the clutch and flywheel and it was easy to align it all back together.
