Well, here she is! 50 miles on it when I picked it up, 63 by the time i got home. One thing that I am not happy with: too quiet and 950 miles left to break the engine in.

My "too quiet" problem is getting fixed immediately however via SPT. ;) My sales guy has it on his 08 and it sounds really good. It's much quieter than the old version, so I think it will be mostly Mass friendly.

I just couldn't stand going from my SPT to stock again. It was painfully quiet. The Gf loved it, but each time i start my car, I died a little inside. :lol: Also, Subimods gave me a rediculous price, i couldn't not buy it!

That exhaust looks like it is going to be quite loud. I have the SPT and the can is the same size as the stock one, which if you haven't looked, is enormous. You should take a side by side pic when it's off the car for comparison. :)

didn't get to snap a side-by-side, but i will tomorrow. took us all of 15 mins to put it on, and it is AWESOME! louder than the SPT, but i didn't think too much more. I got some sweet JDM angle going on and it is great to hear the grumble again.

Got pissed the other day parked in the back of a parking lot and was going back out to my car and watched a woman walk by it like touching it with her bag I was flipping... Like all the space in the world to walk and you got to do that. I dunno but new 09 are nice. I kinda like the pin striping on the car 08wrxme. Didn't they do that in the new fast and the furios 4 at the end with the subaru. It was either that or painted along the whole edge of the car in red i believe. I thought it looked good, but i'll have to watch the movie again to tell for sure.

Thanks, I got the idea from nasioc. Kid with a dgm 08 did it. Cheap, cool mod to brighten the interior. And luckily, the tape comes in all colors and can be removed easily.

Kevin (kgj996) painted my stock grille for me. SOMEONE *cough* Gabe *cough* decided to point out that the bar across the top didn't match any other paint color on my car. Kevin and I proceded to fix it with some Satin black and a translucent red for the badge. It's hard to tell in the photos, but in low light the badge looks black with red stars. In the light it goes all red. Wicked sweet.

If you are looking to paint something, PM Kevin. Fast turnaround, quality finish, and awesome prices! He doesn't know it, but he will be doing the same paint treatment to my rear subaru badge.

It is a custom paint job. Kevin used a translucent paint over the emblem and a satin black for the rest. I would ask him if he can do other colors. I put hi sn in the post with the photos.

That was always that way. The hatches come color matched, sedans have the chrome.

Yea, might get the lip this summer, but the hood will have to wait. I can't drop 800 bucks right now, supposed to be saving for a wedding. :hide:
