Manch meet ideas...

OK, looks like alot of you were put off by Jillians (as was I) this past meet. So, without further adieu, lets hear some ideas on where we should have future meets.

How about a Friday night Milford Drive in meet? That would rock!

Drive does sound fun! So does bowling I think bowling might be able to attract a little bigger crowd. Because it's more centralized, either one sounds good. We should change it up from the restuarant scene for a month. This can give us more time in finding a good place that can handle our crowd!

Anyway, drive-in sounds good. I work down the street from the Merrimack bowling place, and my company has done a couple nights out. It's good, they have some food and beer, and the under-21's can join.

Stadium 10 pin...I don't mind that place, but service is a ***** there. It takes FOREVER to get a waitress to bring a beer or two. Also, the parking lot pisses me off- TONS of drunk people near my precious. :lol:

Mini golf could be a blast. 30 of us showing up at once, starting all sorts of shenanigans... (don't pistol whip me) That would be fun as hell.

Finally, I'd suggest some place like Strange Brew for adult beverages, Outback, Longhorns, Fridays, Applebees, or even Bugaboo Creek for food / drink (also under-21 friendly).

It was Mels in litchfield. They also have batting cages and some sort of karts.

Unless they lowered their rates it's like $80 per person. They do have group rates though I know that. Actually the owner or at least initial owner of it is the younger brother of they guy who owns Wire Belt in Manchester. My dad works as head of the one of the departments. The owner is apparently wick cool ****.
