I only know one kid that went to bacon AROUND the same time you did. Zack was his name but i cant for the life of me remember his last name. Worked with him at Mackeys, across the st from Stop and Shop. had a lisp and wrestled

Any coming up? I would be down to roll almost any Sunday. I am in Norwich so it's a 10 minute drive.

these are no longer happening because SubiMods has moved to a new location, so the lot is no longer available.

Well what if I knew of a lot in New London? I would have to ask about it just to double check it's private so cops don't bug us but there are no bad spots for low cars and it is lit. Can hold probably 300 cars and is on the river side of the train tracks (don't fret you go under the tracks not over) it's a 1/2 mile off bank street. There are no houses within a half mile and the lot has no buildings/businesses attached. its literally just a lot and there is route 1 with food a mile away, or Captain Scott's (not sure if it's open since it's seasonal) 1/4 mile down the road. If people are still interested let me know I will see what I can do. I realize there isn't a Subaru shop there but if it is only a lot needed I figured its worth a shot.

are you talking about down by hodges square? Or down by Fort Trumbull?

Hey Joe, are you guys going to hold meets at the new location? We headed down there this morning and got a tour of the place :) When you guys are all settled in and unpacked we should have a new location grand opening meet?!?!

let me know, you're only about an hour from me now

Floam

It is near Fort Trumble.

I have heard of people getting tickets for trespassing at Town Fair Tire and other places so I talked to some people in my building and was told that it IS indeed our "overflow" lot. It is part of our lease to park there. Which means the will be no trespassing worrys.

There will be nobody in my building to care. So if cops come they can't kick us off or give us tickets. It isn't public which means unless the owner complains the cops have zero jurisdiction or reason to be there unless some jackhole decides to act dumb or do something illegal. As stated the owner won't be around, there will be no one to bother no one can complain. There are no houses around to complain. I was mistaken at the size the lot, it will hold somewhere between 140-170 cars but I doubt the turnout will be that big let alone bigger.

If someone decides to put these together again it would be fine to park there. Obviously the same rules apply as anywhere else. Don't litter, don't drink in the lot, don't do drugs in the lot, be respectful of the owner of the lot and the people there. Really the only negative is that there are no bathrooms nearby.

I tried to find an picture but couldnt. Google satelite still shows no parking lot although I just had a walk through it. I would love for these to start up again and see some nice cars, learn something hopefully, and have a good time. I am down to meet pretty much any weekend. Lets see this happen yeah? Hopefully get one or two in before it gets too cold and miserable to stand outside.

I don't drive much in Norwich, I work in New London and spend 5 mins on 82 a day. I don't do ish after work because my gf lives in Brooklyn and I don't know anyone around so I play xbox all night, lol. I alternate between my tC and my Legacy and both are stock so it would be hard to spot me unless you check for an AZ license plate.

I meant Brooklyn, NY, in the heart of Bed-Stuy. Not sure if you meant CT or NY. She just moved there in August so it is doubtful your ex knows her. I do know a few people in Brooklyn, Ct though. The last name Corey ring a bell?

Haha, yeah my bad I meant brooklyn, CT. The ex might know that name.... I certainly don't, I didn't know anyone up there. Even if I did, I barely remember my CLOSE friends lasts names , nevermind people I met once or twice.
