I ordered a bunch of products from them a couple weeks ago. One item I ordered was the Adams Essentials Detail Kit. Two items out of the kit were back-ordered and unfortunately they were key items to the detail process I plan to perform on Saturday. The two items were Adams Car Wash and Adams Detail Spray.
Detailersdomain sent me everything that wasn't back-ordered which was nice of them, they could have waited for the kit to be complete before shipping. They said it would be a couple weeks before the Car Wash and Detail Spray would be available. Kind of sucked, but it happens. Then the next day the Detail Spray arrived and they e-mailed me offering to ship a slightly more expensive but equal in quality car wash. I said sure go ahead since I really don't want to wait any longer to detail my car.
The following day, when they were going to ship the alternate car wash and Adams Detail Spray, the Adams Car Wash arrived. Instead of just sending the Adams Wash and Spray they also said they'd send me the alternate for free. Way cool!
They shipped it out and it arrived today, not only were both Adams products and the alternate car wash all in the box but so was an additional microfiber towel, also free. Two thumbs up for Detailersdomain.com!
Also, shipping from their location in NJ to my place in Kittery was through Fedex Home (not always super reliable in past experiences). Much to my surprise both shipments arrive the following day after being shipped. Seems this is the norm for New Englanders ordering from them and using Fedex Home so don't waste your money on any other shipment method!
