I just thought of something while looking at his pics. The passenger side air bag was deployed, does that mean he had a passenger at the time of the accident? I thought being an 06, it would turn off the airbag if there wasn't anyone in the seat.

I was taking a left onto 213 in Methuen on Howe St. I had a green light, + possible green arrow, I was rolling at about 15mph through the light and BOOM, green ford escort was all over me.

No one was at fault? The cops didn't cite either of us, and they said they couldn't determine fault, and they were leaving it up to the insurance company.

The passenger airbag went off because I had my g/f in the car at the time.. She is ok, I was the only one that got hurt..

As far as the sand goes, that was the towing company being tools, they took kitty litter and cleaned up the street (as usual) but then decided to pick it up and dump it all in my car..... That is what pushed my car into 'totaled'... They ruined the interior. My insurance company gave them an earful, we WILL be getting reimbursed for it.

I'm going to look at a few new cars this weekend, Its been exactly one month since the accident and I'm dieing to drive again...

This time I'm buying my own car and paying my own insurance though, no parental help at all. :)

My Blitz Nur Spec R Cat-Back and 7" Jensen touchscreen DVD player are both for sale also..

The day I got her I drove to Daytona Beach Florida... Took me less than a day of driving thats for sure :) Id take more pics but im picking up an EVO or an STi this week... now that Ill take alot more pics of.

Nope.. 08 is too expensive,, my dad is taking over my payments and im buying a cheaper,, faster toy that I wont be 50 when I finish paying it off.
