I'd like to hear feedback on every aspect of our business. I want to know what your thoughts on our website are, product lines, prices, customer service, everything and anything you can think of.
This is different then the Vendor Review thread as this is open to all and not just customers who have purchased from us. The Vendor Review thread I've opened is designed more to show other people your buying experience from us, whereas this thread is designed more for everyone to tell me how to make us a better business.
What ever you have to say about SubaruWRXparts.com, I want to hear about it. If you're uncomfortable stating it in the thread by all means PM me, call me, instant message me, e-mail me, whatever you need to do.

I was hoping to be showered with gifts and such since I drove so far to get there. But other than that, get a bigger warehouse so everything I want will be in stock!! LOL, you guys really are so good already, and ship so fast to New england, I don't think it could get better.

I would have to say you could increase some of the product lines you carry. I would say to try and find some of the more rare products that are not sold by too many other vendors.

Bigger warehouse will come in time, once the business grows large enough. So buy more stuff! :)

What "rare" product lines are you speaking of? Is there specifically a product line that you see a demand for with no source?
Since I started working here, back in November, I've brought 4 new product lines on board here.

Ya, those are hit and miss. Currently we can obtain rain guards for 2008+ models through Subaru of New England since they make them now.
For 02-07 Imprezas we have the JDM ones in stock, but they are pricey.
Difficult product for us Americans.

We don't get used parts to sell but we do get returns. As long as the return comes back to us and it was never installed and all parts/materials are accounted for then we sell it normally. Occasionaly we do get items returned to us that may be missing a couple screws or similar in which case we will sell it as an Open Box item and inform the customer of the missing pieces.
Currently we only have 1 item in stock that falls under the Open Box items and that is an SPT Intake for the Legacy GT and Outback XT. It is missing some of the hardware (screws) but could easily be installed by someone who knows what needs to be replaced. PM me if you're interested.
Good idea, I'll start informing people of our Open Box items here in stock when I do my updates.

I drive an 08 normally aspirated impreza and through word of mouth, mostly, I found out that many WRX parts are interchangeable. However, most sites do not differentiate between the two models or explicitly state what fits the non-turbo.
I have not yet invested any money in to suspension, but I plan to. My suggestion is simply to go into more detail on what fits the non-turbo model because the sites that do this (few do it well) make me feel way more comfortable about buying something.
Of course this refers mostly to suspension items, but you get the idea. A seperate sub section for n/a imprezas and hatchback versus sedan would be my dream come true. This takes the confusion out of choosing things like sway bars and the like.
Thanks for reading!

Thank you for the input! Let me see if I can explain why it is structured like that without too much confusion .
When I carry a product line, for instance Whiteline, the manufacturer sends me all the details I should need. This includes fitment guides, install guides (rare these days), and of course my bibles or otherwise know as pricing guides that include my cost, retail cost and MAP listing (minimum advertised pricing).
The key part of that to focus on is the fitment guide. Unfortunately I can only test products on a certain range of vehicles, I simply don't have every model Subaru in every trim style that the specific product might fit. That leaves me to go off what the manufacture said it fits which will be listed in the fitment guide.
I list all my parts based on the fitment guide because of the above reason and a second reason. The second reason is that if I say it fits a 2009 WRX Hatchback and Sedan, but the manufactures fitment guide only says it fits the Sedan then I'm not guaranteed 100% support from the manufacture in terms of part warranties, replacements, and general knowlege. Most companies are good and will help any way, but the risk is there any time that scenario were to take place.
It certainly sucks and I understand your frustration (I've experienced it myself).
My only solution for you is to ask me questions via PM/IM/e-mail or phone. If you've read places that a part might fit but no one lists it as fitting contact me and ask me. I'm not saying that I'll know everytime, but I'll be happy to call the company myself (retailers get the best customer service when calling direct) and see what they have to say. Maybe you'll get the answer you want, maybe you won't, but it never hurts to ask and I'm happy to help any way I can.
Hope that clears some of it up.
