Ok so i bought the "power pack" from the subaru dealer for my 07 wrx. Now i got the AccessPort and loaded the 93 octane stage 1 map. All the directions tell me not to use my intake w/ this map. Ive been told this is because i will run too lean. ive also been told that if i load the stage 2 map it will run rich. My question is , Is there a specific map i can get or simple way to remedy this, or should i just put it on a dyno and have someone tune it that knows what they are doing? Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

The only way to go is pro-tune for short ram intake. I have similar setup, stage 2 access port with short ram. Check engine light coming on all the time.
Now I sold access port, doing openecu.org.

ive heard a lot of people running stage 2 ots cobb maps with k&n and spt maps without any problems. i run a k&n short ram intake with no problems.

I ran stage 2 turbo back and injen shortram. I had problems as soon as I installed short ram.
Right now I am on stock map with injen still and still got problems.

yeah EB.... some do that, some even sell COBB UP/DP/AP packages.
Contact TDC tuning in concord. He can send you a map specifically for your SPT/AP combo.

How's that going Vlad?? figure it out yet?

No, he bought the power pack from Subaru. Then got the AP through Cobb. He installed the AP last night and it said if you are using an aftermarket intake to not run the base maps. I told him to go ahead and run it, some people have problems, and some dont. I also suggested he call Mike at TDC and have him send him a map built for that. KB1043 is my buddy Ken, another belmont OG stuck up in maine right now working....

One of the things I will suggest is do not buy Helix downpipe. Sits too close to crossmember and touches sometimes. I have '06 WRX for reference.
