i need two 90 degree mandrel bends, 2.25", stainless steel, with 8" legs.. closest to 1R radius as possible (3" would be considered, but i much prefer something tighter)..
who does this locally? or where can i buy online? also need 4- 2.25" 3-4 ply straight silicone couplers in red. or a bulk straight chunk or so i can cut it myself.. this is all about going cheap.
the cheapest price i can find on it all is $81 shipped.

Machine shop @ unh has a bender. Don't know what they have for mandrel radii though.

thanks, i can get the 4 couplers from there for $33 shipped, they dont have the pipes i need though..
the pipes are the big issue, it would be nice to get it all from the same place to save on shipping :(

UNH is a 6 hour round trip for me  thanks though.

just ordered couplers and clamps from http://fast-turbo.com/
found them on honda-tech.com via google search.. $6 shipped per 2.25" coupler, and they are 4-ply.. can't beat that! will report back on quality, but it looks promising. also got some t-bolt clamps from them. $3.85 shipped each..
overall i only saved $4 compared to siliconeintakes.com, but fast-turbo.com had very speedy email response times, and they support a forum, which makes me want to give them my business--even if it is a honda forum :) j/k, no hate!
they don't have a bling (or even updated) website, but if you're only buying couplers, fast-turbo definitely destroys anyone else's pricing that i've found.
EDIT: i just paid via paypal 13 minutes ago, and i've already got a shipment notification, they entered the order into USPS.com, and it will be shipped tomorrow. im loving this place!

PS: i got the mandrel bends from: http://store.racing-solutions.org/
they destroyed any quote i got from local-ish places (within 75 miles), by $20 or more, and they beat what i found online too.

the intercooler is a PWR.. 4" x 6" core, 11.75" length, 390 CFM, up to 270 HP applications (don't forget this is just a 4cyl 8v 1.8L motor!)..
