Group tune day at EFI Logics this spring???

Hey guys. Who is interested in getting a group tuning day going up at EFI Logics in Bethel. I was there to see Adam's 07 Spec.B getting worked on its a great place, and their shop manager Jack really knows his stuff. I was thinking towards the middle or end of march. In your post put your car, and what kind of tune your looking for...

Evoeater - 05 STI,Built block,Heads,18g...aggressive Auto X tune.

legacygt - catless DP/Catted Up pipe, Catless TBE, Intake.
Murphy2012 - 06 with vf 39. Dd tune and aggressive/autox tune

I'm looking to get a tune for my car aswell, I'm just not sure if it'll be back together by mid march. that'll give me a date to shoot for though:)

I just stickied their own post here in the CT group. They are hear on NES with their own account so you should ask them for exact prices. I want to get a better idea of who is interested before we negotiate a group rate but feel free to ask them about your setup as part of the group tune day...

Why? 1 if it works keep it; 2 there is no big deal with open source. Ever since Cobb made the Street Tuner "free" its a far superior product.


as for the need to re-tune and play with a tune its crap. If your car dosnet run who ever tuned it is an idiot. I tuned my car 2+ years and 30k miles ago and never looked back. It runs in 100+ and -10 weather on the same tune.

without a doubt i would go if i have the supra, depends on what day. You should also do another session at the end of the summer so i can def go/ see if people have done any more mods to their car what they are putting down for numbers.

Hey guys,

The pricing structure for tune days is pretty easy..

Up to 2-5 cars is $400 per car, 6-8 is $375.

I try not to exceed 8 cars in a day, as that can end up being a late night.

I specialize in the STU maps.. I've done quite a few, and love the challenge of making good power on stock boost levels.. This is especially big in Texas where I tune on occasion, they love the STU events.

that you'll have to ask them not me... Im hoping to be ready for a custom tune by them but it depends on how well the job search goes over the next few months... Either way I will be there for the event..

Wow, I cant believe so many people on here run Accessports. Its pretty surprising. I live to flood the accessport used market haha.

The new OS patches (currently 16 bit only, 32 bit soon) allow for high/low boost mode, valet mode, etc all through some creative button pushing. That should pretty much eliminate the need for the accessport altogether for most people.

Im wondering, why do so many people go with the AP?

I think its because you can buy it and swap the maps by yourself without help, anyone can do it really. I'm running OS now, funny thing is it cost the same amount to get it tuned by shops so I'm with you, why get the AP? you can also do the launch controll w/ the OS:devil: they've come along way in the past few years with OS:)

we are going to be setting it for a saturday in may. I will most likely be organizing everything and I may be starting a new job so I was just waiting until I see my schedule before picking a saturday, but we are shooting for may:)
