Whoa! what a difference. It makes the car explode at only 3000 rpms...totally different than stock. There is a HUGE increase in power from 3k all the way to redline. I always hear the the stock Subaru tune on these cars is trash (and actually runs dangerously lean)....and now I am a believer!
I ran on the Cobb Stage 1 93 Octane for the past 24 hours because Perrin mistakenly forgot to ship me their in-house Stage 1 93 map with with the kit. So, Chris@Perrin emailed it to me today at work and I installed it and the highflow Perrin panel filter earlier tonight. I went for a drive and O.M.G., what an insane performance upgrade for 15 minutes of work. The Perrin map has it all over the equivalent Cobb map. Perrin's dyno (Dynapack) shows this map as providing 305 wtq...and my butt dyno has to agree...what an awesome upgrade!
