Still working for my dad's company. Focusing on sales and bringing in some work right now... Economic strain is killing the hospitality industry (hotels), which is where a lot of our business is.

Terry, we do lots of stuff, but basically we are a systems integrator for the end user. In a physical sense. Network design and install/wiring for pretty much any communications systems.

We do a lot of the TV and internet stuff in hotels, along with the actual TV swap outs (to lcds). Also a commercial DirecTV reseller for hotels, restaurants/bars, doctors offices, etc...

We do a lot of the new-build Target stores too. Prewire the building during construction phase for telephones, computers, cameras, etc. Then come back and terminate and finish all connections a few months later.

That's not far from what I'm looking to get into. I want to do networking sales. My dad worked for cisco in sales for about 12 years.

ya healthy stuff takes more thought and time to make. fast food or sweets are just right there. of course you have apples and other fruits for quick snack..but for dinners and lunches is alittle harder. but very worth it if you can stick to it. body will respond better, wont be as tired,or as sick,

I cheat, I get the salads from KFC w/ the chicken in it:o chefs salads are also my favorite but they've got cheese, turkey, ham, ect in them so its not even really eating healthy with all that stuff in it:(

actually ham and turkey are good. turkey is better(not as much salt and leanier meat) fried anything is not so good. taste great but not so good for the stomach. if u want chicken get grilled. saves alot of calories and carbs...and stay away from fries or any potatos...well thats a hard one for me but limit it as much as possiable.

At 24 I was running the measured mile in 4:56


My body is too broken to do that ever again :( Years of strenuous activity has left my knees and shoulders like mush :(

you can still do lite impact workouts. um like kettle bells, or free weights. will also make joints and tendons stronger. and fish oil really helps the joints feel better and work better. some of the best stuff. you can pick up a bottle of fish oil at wal mart or gnc...
