how early were you there? and when did things really start? Google Maps is estimating a 3.5 hour drive from Williston, VT to there.

I recommend the Bond Auto parking lot. Easily reached and gives clear access to Route 2 so we can stay together.

I suggest FRS radios. I'll have mine.

I wouldn't expect to be able to haggle. What you can expect, though, is special WBM pricing, package deals and a whole lot of raffle items. There are definitely some deals to be had if you bring money along.

Randy we should do a NES tent. Get like fold out canopy tent thing. Maybe make a banner if you don't already have one. And a table displaying what NES is all about.. what it brings that other sites dont. and give shout outs to vendors to such as subaruwrxparts.com :D
don't know if it should be in the show (not knowing how many members are showing) or if not many have it consist outside the show and park a bunch of members park together and just put a tent in the middle in between the cars and also every member should get atleast 5 or so cards to represent the site!

Depends on the vendor. Some bring used parts that they're more than willing to be haggled on (such as the Sparco knob i bought last time.) Other vendors, not so much.

We are planning to launch ticket sales no later than end of day April 6th, and we will post back here so everyone gets the info.

New ticketing options for 2009 will include:

Special packages for couples/spouses (less than cost than two individual tickets)

I don't have any info backing this, but my intuition tells me that they will be looking for you to pay as a vendor if you are going to sell stuff. They don't like to not get a cut of the money.

i think the fact he only got a peice of paper for a award and a 50 dollar gift certificate when he paid 55 bucks to get the car in.... i would be disapointed too. i mean i am all for having a good time don't care about trophies and money and such.. but when they give you a gift certificate cheaper then your entry fee thats kinda low blowin it don't you think?

Huh, thats odd. A friend of mine with a Brat said they won 100.00 Amex gift certificate for first place at WBM. Thought I may enter mine this year, which I think is in better shape. Figured 100 bux for 50 entry was good odds, but not too many Brats out there.
