I just got the autometer instrument cluster bezel via ebay for 25 shipped brand new! :D My question, it is for a 52 mm guage. Not sure if the PLX guages require anything different in mounting, or if I would be able to stick those biatches in there. Rob, Brian, where you at?!

im in loudon...
but they fit right in, they dont come with a mount or bracket to secure them into the pod though. I put a dab of hotglue on the sides and it holds fine, but my 60mm gauge i had to bore the hole out alittle, makes it look like ****. i havent glued thisone in, so it keeps popping out.

nevermind about the prices, they have GONE UP! i got my dm100 with free sensor for 199 i think. if you do get the display module you need to use the appropriate plx device addons. Check out the site, and pm me if you need details.

Does it work with openecu stuff?

according to ECS they love the setup, paul tuned the car with the plx gauges. the readings on gauges are more accurate than the analog gauges on the dash and the ecu readouts are on display as well, so coolant monitoring are accurate. AFR reading is smooth from what paul told me, the numbers flow steady and they dont jump around.
I will let you drive the car around and see how the numbers react on the jan 2nd meet.

I love plx devices. I have only seen one in action but it was by far my favorite. I have seen cheaper ones that jump and do crazy stuff. Junk.
PLX is where it is at although they carry a big $$ tag.

Ya, I agree I am thinking the same thing. I know Brian has them in his STi as well and loves them. I will prolly just take the hit and go with two of those. Kinda a lot of money though, but I will never pay the price for Defis.
