yea i wish i would have been on this site like 2 years i got a 384 dollar ticket but luckily my aunts a states attorney and threw the ticket out:lol:

Noticed one the other day, right on 395 at the Rt 2 interchange.. Exit 81 or 82. North Bound, the cop was sitting in the Grass between the Rt 2 Eastbound Off ramp and the 395 On ramp from Rt 2 East.. tucked behind the trees, just waiting..

+1 to that, especially heading east. they also hang out mid-way down the entrance ramp at 69, as well as tucking in right behind the bridge just after exit 68.

I-95 on either side of the bridge between new london and groton, in the emergency vehicle turn around spot, there is almost always a Hwy Patrolman doin the clockin.

I have never seen them on 12, i Head home that way every so often, I do probably about 50 on that stretch. Never seen a cop.. And on 95, I always see them on the North Side of the Bridge, in the Groton side Turn around. Almost never on the New London Side... And I drive this daily to work.. I see them up Rt 32 every so often, about 2 miles north of the Coast Guard Academy on the North bound side, tucked into the Grass/Trees just over a hill on a curve... so its hard to see them till they see you lol..

I don't know, but I like speeding my ass off on 384. Now I'm paranoid about it.

i too have noticed alot of popo hanging out at the corner after the bolton exit. i also have seen alot on that same little emergency vehicles only road but when heading west in the am. but the funny thing is they arent facing the w/b hw they are looking e/b so all u see is taillights.

route 66 in Middlefield they hang out by the Middletown reservoir just as you get past the Red Dog Saloon and start rounding the corner there are two speed traps one high on the hill to the right one low to the left at the second apex to the left base of the sloping terrain.

I hauled so much arse on the way to philly from NYC last week and with a relative disregard for the fact i had no idea where cops were setting. I just tried to stay in with other cars around me so i wasnt just out all alone doing 100 down the jersey turnpike

Last night when I got outta work in Groton, I took Rt 12 up to Norwich.. Was clear till I got into Gales Ferry then my Radar detector started going nutz.. there were a few cops hiding within a few miles of each other all around the Shopping Center in Gales Ferry, where Mcdonalds and Dunkin Donuts is, one was hiding directly across the street. then there was a few up by the Old State Hospital on Rt 12 at the Rt 2a intersection. and Today on my way into work there was a Statie on Rt 2 just before 395, and 1 on 395 North just past the State Police Barracks in Montville. Before Exit 79-A running Laser. Didnt see to many after that, but there deff out looking for speeders right now. Probably the holiday coming up, looking to get some good tickets.

Just want to point out that school is back in session! My whole ride to work is rural-ish winding backroads that make my car pitch a tent. downside is that it's all school bus route so the cops have been hiding EVERYWHERE.

every morning this week i see at least one person pulled over in the middle of nowhere, where i've never seen cops before.

Ive cut back my speeding since a $284 Ticket, and having been informed that I could have been arrested for the speed... Oops... 75 is basically tops for me now.

I know...

Knock on wood, but Ive blown past some cops there and they didn't budge, I dont know how...I guess im lucky. I don't travel rt 2 much anymore as my new job is 2 minutes away from me on 16.
