First and foremost I would like to thank to Steve from Range Automotive for letting us use his garage and tools for the install.
Without his help I doubt we would have ever finished this

now on to the install :D
This is not an easy or quick task. In fact, it is quite involved and time consuming.
If you have a bit of tech knowledge, the proper tools and a full day to burn you should be able to do it.
AS ALWAYS!!!
You assume all responsibility for your car and the install if you choose to do this on your own.
This is intended to be a reference, not a guarantee. Please use the proper safety tools and never mod under the influence.
First thing you should is make sure you have all of your tools and parts.

This is not the kind of install you can stop halfway through and drive to auto parts store for a wrench.
Here's what you'll need for tools:
1. full set of bits
2. 6-12 inch extensions
3. Air tools (makes life easier)
4. pop it remover or flat head
5. Phillips head
6. Dremel
7. flat black primer
BUMPER REMOVAL:
the first thing you want to do is remove the front bumper.
Start by removing all the popits on the top of the grill and remove the grill inserts
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/013.jpg
once both the inserts are removed you must remove the popits from both wheel wells and disconnect the wheel well protector from the bumper, exposing the bumper brackets behind
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/017.jpg
next you want to remove all of the pop its from the under side of the bumper
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/015.jpg
once all the popits are removed you should be able to remove the bumper from the car by separating the clips, be careful not to break them!!!
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/019.jpg
once the bumper is removed you are ready to move onto the next step.

BUMPER BEAM REMOVAL:
The next step is to remove the bumper beam. It's best to have power tools for this as some of the bolts are hard to reach.
Some kits require the removal of the bumper and others only require cutting. In this instance the beam was removed.
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/021.jpg
remove all of the bolts and remove the bumper beam.

http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/024.jpg\
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/025.jpg
once the beam is removed you need to trim the metal tabs that stick out on the bottom, use a dremel or air saw
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/044.jpg
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/045.jpg
next you will want to spray paint them with primer to prevent rust

TMIC REMOVAL:
This is probably the easiest part
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/026.jpg
Simply remove the BOV/BPV, unbolt the bracket, disconnect the rubber lines (vacuum) and remove the clamps from the Y pipe.

check out that ass!!!!
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/028.jpg
once removed, set it aside with it's original hardware

Hood scoop trim:
You must remove the rubber trim piece from the underside of the hood scoop. This creates clearance for the piping.
This only requires removing a few popits.
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/033.jpg
Fuel lines bracket:
if you have an 04 or older you have a fuel filter on the bracket shown below. Use the provided bracket to relocate the lines.
If your car is 2005 or newer the fuel filter is in the pump and you need only move your existing bracket down one notch
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/036.jpg
this creates room for the FMIC piping :)
Radiator overflow removal:
Since the cold side has to come up soemwhere.... you need to remove your radiator over flow and replace it with the provided one :)
Once you remove the top bolt, all you have to do is give it a slight tug to remove it from its grommet. You MUST trim this grommet to clear the pipes.

Intake Removal:
You'll need to remove and remount your intake. BE CAREFUL REMOVING THE MAF SENSOR!!!!!

http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/040.jpg
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/037.jpg
Next, you want to put a rubber grommet around the hole in the wheel well to protect the piping and remove the stock airbox

MOUNTING THE FMIC:
start first by installing the bracket
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/043.jpg
once the bracket is on you can attach the FMIC :)
Make sure you follow the provided directions and measure the proper distance. The bracket allows you to mount the FMIC at different heights, if you mount it to high, the pipes will hit the hood, to low and they will hit the fuel lines.
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/047.jpg
next, you want to attach your hot/cold side piping.
You will want to use some type of non-permanent sealer on the inside of the necks to help prevent blow aparts and leaks :)
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/051.jpg
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/049.jpg
you may need to relocate your washer bottle. In most cases you can simply move it, slightly, out of the way :)
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/055.jpg
once the hot/cold pipes are on you should snake the rest of the piping through.

RECONNECT OF VACUUM LINES, INTAKE, RADIATOR OVERFLOW AND BOV/BPV:
It's important that you replace all of the vacuum hoses and BOV/BPV recirculation hoses.
You also need to install your new Radiator overflow and put your intake back on using the new bracket :)
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU TIGHTEN EACH CLAMP, HOSE AND BOLT.
LOOSE CONNECTIONS = LEAKS!!!

TRIMMING THE BUMPER:
The key to this is ONLY trimming as much as needed
With most kits, plan on losing your fog lights and fog light wells :(
First and foremost you should measure and mark. Always cut about 1/2 inch away from your intended cut line so that you can make one final, clean cut once you know everything fits :)
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/061.jpg
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/062.jpg
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f43/Bu11dogg2/fmic%20install/063.jpg
Once you have your lines, cut :)

REINSTALL BUMPER:
Last but not least... you need to reinstall the bumper. As long as all of your cuts are right everything should clip right back on ;)
