I'd head down. I've never dragged the subie. Even tho I've been driving stick and have no problem, I'm still afraid I would stall it.

But I'd really like to see what I can do. There was a kid there last year with pretty close to the same setup I have, dropping the clutch at like 3k getting 13.3's, so now I just have to practice dropping, and saving up for a new tranny!

I've been there a bunch of time. Got a 13.7 on a stock STi. and that was the first time i ever drove one. I could have done better but wasn't use to how short the gearing is compared to my car. I've also run mine a bunch of time. It's got about 12 runs on it. From being stock to stage 1 and last fall at stage 2. It's really fun, but i'm always worried about the tranny. I've got the launching down so it's really smooth but still, i'm worried about breaking it. Anything below a 1.9 60' i think is too hard on first gear.

But anywho...I'll be up for it anytime. I'd like to run my car again and see if i can beat my time from last year which should be easy.

And yes, I would give you all some helpful hints. They do it Wends nights and Sundays? I dont know Wends really is the only one that works for me.

Gates open at 6pm and they let you run till 10pm.

Lots of trailer queens there.... And depending on the night is how many runs you get, Ive gone up once and gotten 2-3 other times you can get like 8-12 it all depends on how many are up there.
*hint* colder nights, less people show up ~ok~

Actually... I have the STi motor (forged) and a different throttle body, intake, and fuel rail. Not to mention my turbo is bigger and spools faster.

Stock WHP is also much higher... Head to head the 05 GT will beat the 2.0 stock. head to head with 06 2.5, the WRX is a little faster. You have to remember I have a dyno tune and a HUGE TMIC plus UP/DP and Intake.

I think it will be very close, as you have very similar mods.

Im down with next Wends night, and if that doesnt work for some of you we can plan for the Wends after so people will have time to ajust plans etc....

Sundays? I'm almost positive, unless they changed something for this year, that street nights are only Wednesday and Friday nights. Wednesday nights are def the night to go, as Fridays are always packed, and a totally different crowd. (Wed = imports Fri = Muscle Cars... for the most part.)

No bald tires allowed
Open exhaust is not allowed
Co-driver’s are allowed in all vehicles running 14.00 seconds or slower
Seat belts are required
Overflow can for radiator required
Battery hold down bracket required
Vehicles must be street legal and able to pass state safety inspection
Valid state driver’s license required. Learner’s permits are not acceptable
Helmets (Snell 95 or newer) are required for all vehicles running 13.99 or quicker
Drivers and co-drivers are required to wear long pants, a shirt, socks, and shoes
