Anyone on here ever driven a car with DSG?

What did you think?

I'm considering a new GTi as my next car :hide:

Design a subaru with a decent interior and more than basic electronics and i'll come back from the dark side :)

I LOVE it. I came soooo close to trade mine if for one. There wasn't anything i didn't like about it. so smooth and VERY quick shifts. Plus the paddles are cool and give you an exxtra 15 hp...

oh, i'm not sure if they still do it, but when they shift it farts, pretty neat at first, but that might be the only annoying downfall in the long run.

LOL Don't worry, I'm still bitter because appearently standing in a parking lot while VThugs are driving out in a loud noisy convoy of BOVs, Bouncing off of Rev limiters and backfiring makes me "****ing gay"

I heard its a fun little setup, performs well with stock hp/tq. Though it his very quirky once you start adding power. I know AUDI was having issues with it.

Lazy man's manual ;)

PS...VW interior isn't any better than Subarus. My uncle has a new GTI, with all the bells and whistles. It has just as much plastic as my Subaru.

and what 'more basic electronics' are you talking about?
