Good morning New England Seacoast members. I've been up since 4am and just had a great breakfest over at the galley here on base. only 10 more hours to go before I get to go home.

And for you boaters out there in the NH/Maine area, shut up, I'm trying not to work too hard today.

Hijack a civilian boat, or a Coast Guard Cutter?

I did a year on one of the 270 foot cutters out of Boston MA. During my time on it I became a Master Helmsman (basicly the guy steers the boat, but with advanced skills such as maneuvering in and out of ports and dock areas).

I could steer the thing by myself ~ok~

If we had a crane we could easily lift a couple of our subarus up on to the flight deck. Or perhaps we find some ricey honda and throw it up on the flight deck, then push it off when we are out at sea. Then we could use the 76mm Canon to blow the crap out of it. Or use one of the 2 .50 Caliber Machine guns for target practice.

When we caught drug boats down south and seized the people and drugs we used the boats as target practice. Good times.

Yea, salary sucks. Only downfall. E-4 pay is kinda crappy. Hopefully I'll make E-5 within the next year.
