By the way, talking about meat house and Manchvegas meet. Does anyone know the name of the Brazillian place in Manchester where they bring you meat on the swords. It's not cheap but it's great to go once in a while. It's off of Elm Str. I can't remember the name -- been there twice.

Not sure if anyones had the meathouse tips before. Their "meathouse" marinade. Its actually the recipe that I use at Johnsons. I cut all our tips, steak and chicken and vacuum tumble and vacuum seal them myself. We came up with the recipe and they used to do them for us, until we bought our own equipment. We let them continue to sell them , and they are the best sellers...go figure. however, I get them free all the time, and if the BBQ at my place works out...some of those will be there!
