Feeler: 2007 Seacoast Subarus Softball Series?

Ooh the alliteration is enough to make it happen..

There's a nice park (http://www.myrecdept.com/dept_template/facility_details.asp?RecFacilitiesID=115) in the Dover neighborhood where Eugene and I live. Would be a cracking place for a relaxed softball series this summer.

I'm thinking:
- 5 game weekly series
- Tuesday or Thursday evenings, maybe 630-8p
- A roster of two teams
- All welcome, no attitudes

A five game series would be easy. If it really worked, the series could be longer in 2008. I've never done a softball series, so you probably wouldn't want me on your team. :)

It occurrs to me that if you want a good time in the 'hood, one could find a giant inflatable ball and head to the soccer field @ PCHS... use the cars as your players on field, then you'd have the 2007 Dover Soccer Nationals, Presented by Subaru, ala Top Gear's Suzuki Football challenge.

Probably more informal cause im sure that no one is going to play on a regular basis, and we are the only two definetly down for it at this point. Lets play it out, see who else is interested, and make a decision.

Start a list in the OP please. If we can get enough people for two teams it will be awesome, if not, maybe we can find one team for a league, but everyones gotta make it. We need 9-10 for a team or 18 to play with two teams.
