We decided that a best ET times list would be nice to have. We are just going to start two threads: one to report the best times and the other one (a stikie) to record them.

I am going to put the first one as an example:

ET@mph , 60' time , Car Model, Turbo Type, username, first name and first initial of your last name.

11.965 @123.13, 1.901, 90 Eclipse GSX, FP Green, Nick S., Nick S.

Here are some guidelines (which could be modified later):

1. Please follow the same format! This would minimize the work for mods.
2. Use all ACTUAL digits, we will round them off if needed. Submissions with missing digits (yes, zero is a digit) will be 'corrected' by rounding-up (so 13.5 will become 13.599 and so on).
3. List your entire turbo designation, we will edit it as needed.

I was kinda hoping that everybody on this site was honest enough not to lie about there timeslips. BTW I'm having an insanely hard time taking a picture of my time slip. All the pictures come out completely white and you can't make out any numbers.

blew a piston ring about 1/5 of the mile through so by the time my car passed the finish line, i had slowed down to 139. i think i topped out at 179 then the rev limiter kicked in. 8mt tranny ftw!

That's my goal this year. I've only made 7 runs total with this car since I've owned it and 3 with this set up so I have a lot of runs to make before I get good at it. With the trap speeds I'm running 12.9 shouldn't be a problem if I can get my 60' times down. :D Last time I dynoed at TDC it put down 260whp with the 16g and tmic.

I just did some more tuning with DSMLink, the launch helped a little, and I also started to no lift second gear too instead of just 3rd and 4th.

Unfortunately it doesn't have a passenger seat (or any interior, or dash, or window cranks, or crash bars in the doors, or even door handles.)

My first run, I trapped 108mph, but I burnt the crap out of the original stock clutch and ran like a 14.3. The rest of the night, the clutch was slipping and smelling bad. I think it's time for a new one. :o

thats my best so far. right now I've got the boost turned down till I get retuned in a few weeks. after I'm retuned I should be in the 12s with the help of the launch controll.

technically speaking if you ran 13.5@101. Then i should run a faster time now that I have been tunned. I did 13.7@102 without a tune. I made 275 Tourque and 255HP on my tune.

Good choice he made with a full system, have you picked up one of the cats from those? And I wasn't saying it was not possible, just that in my many times at the strip, the only experienced racers were on bigger bikes. Dude, its HARD to launch a sportbike, I would have been happy with 12's on my CBR600, and 11's on my CBR929.

Took one run at NE Dragway last night (they didn't like my helmet so I was limited to one sub 14 second run). I didn't have enough RPMs coming off the line so I bogged it good and took 2.18 seconds do to the 60 feet. I ended up with a 13.42 at 104.4.

I'm installing an Aquamist water/meth injection kit and once I'm re-tuned, I'll go back (with a proper helmet). My goal is to break into the 12s, which it looks like I should be able to do with a good launch.

RCKSTR seeing as your an admin that likes drag racing do you think you could put together a list of all the NES 1/4 times as a sticky that only you and Randy can update based on times posted in this thread?

If everyone posts according to the example in the first post you should be able to just copy and paste times to the new sticky thread/list of times. If they don't post in the same format as the example we can just inform them to fix it or it won't be added.

Based on the numbers I've seen by tuning them this is very feasible and AWESOME. You got a bit more in it based on 60 ft alone.

Based on the numbers I've seen by tuning them this is very feasible and AWESOME. You got a bit more in it based on 60 ft alone.
Forgot to mention, those times where with my winter tires still on the car. Generic winter tires at that. I think there about maxed at the kind of times I'm running :D.

Well I did get the complete map pack from TP, so I'm set for stage 2. After that I will go with a brentune since he has answered some of my questions in the past. Thanks for the props guys!!!

i have now installed full turbo back exhaust, accessport V.2, and custom tune from ECS, but yet to run on the strip! should be good for 13.2 or better?

RT doesn't matter at all when going for your best time....

You can sit at that light for 10mins and still rip a 12 second run.

Put your work on the 60ft and you'll be good :)
