Sorry to hear about. Now think about me 60 mi one way commute. Luckily I experience an amazing snow grip of 070's few weeks ago. So I am cautious.
Glad you only damaged license plate. I know you have heavy foot on gas. That's not a good thing with 070 and snow. Maybe put winters back for now. The tires you have are extremely dangerous in the snow or snow and rain mixture. Below 30 degrees, I wouldn't drive. Because they get hard as rock. F30+ it's ok but need to be cautious.

Had I been driving like I normally do, it would have been a lot more damage done to the car.
But, I was keeping a steady pace, she slammed her breaks in the middle of a turn....
Besides that, driving in today wasn't horrible on those tires. I was surprised.
I actually had a lot more grip than what I thought I was going to have.

I noticed if the temperature drops below 30 and there's some layer of snow out you should stop driving because there's no grip whatsoever. Above 30, like I said is ok. From my experience, I drove maybe 200 mi total on RE070 and snow. So I learnt them pretty well. And despite that I wish I had snow tyres today.

The Internets are down at my house. Eather the router is dead or the intertubes are clogged. See humor section for explanation.
