To whomever hasn't bought these yet, go get some; cheap, and install takes about 20 minutes. LordBass and I both noticed a subtle but noticeable difference in the ride of our cars, as well that the kit really does remove the "thump" on quick shifts. I think my car showed a bit more difference as the GC-body/Foresters use an extra bushing. He and I both use the Whiteline kit, though the Kartboy kit has come out since then, and looks a bit beefier. $30 and $32 respectively, at subaruwrxparts.com.
Anyone else have them? Oh yeah, Unsakred: go buy these.:)
hmmm. I've never had the "thump" when shifting. I want to try these and a few others to try to get rid of some drive train slack though.

I was just checking those out the other day. Gotta love the bushings. It did wonders upgrading my shifter bushings. Time to get on the ball.

Yeah those are good. Worth the coin. Easy to install. Tightens it up just a wee bit, adds just a tiny touch more NVH.

I just keep adding and adding NVH. Every performance mod increases it more and more it seems. I wish I could make my steering not transfer so much NVH since I modded. On really bumpy roads you can feel it wicked bad through the steering wheel.
I guess the plus is a sligly better feel for the road surface and condition.

That just means the mods are working.;)

Hahahahaha. Yeah I know it.
Some days I do not like feeling each grain of sand on the road.
Wait until I put the solid strut tops in the from. Then it will increase for sure.

Update: If you've bought these in the past, use your common sense and periodically retorque the bolts that hold the subframe arm plate... I got two full turns on some of the bolts in my Forester yesterday... it's been two years since I installed them, I last retorqued about a year ago.
Update #2: just spend the extra $2 and buy the Kartboys. I have Whitelines, and after nearly three years on the car, mine are discolored(from bright yellow to brown), rock hard, and semi-brittle. At a glance, the Kartboys look to be more stout and durable.

You getting Kartboys? Don't even bother with the Whitelines, they're great at first but after 13k miles and 3 years, mine are gargbage.

i'll throw another option in there, get the TIC bushings over both the whiteline and the kartboy ones. i have them, i think they were better than the whitelines i had at least, don't know about the kartboys, but i would rather support TIC
