Chad's auto body in manchester, nh. small place but painted my bumper, great service, turnaround time, and price beat everyone. most wanted $300 to paint my bumper, they charged $150 and had them install it for $75 and got a free wax job for my car out of it :)

I've heard good news about Chad's... dunno where.

Mods: as if you don't have enough to do, hows about throwing a sticky on this?

chad's auto body is on S. Beach Street. its right down the road from Robin's, on left next to a tombstone place :)

I am going to be adding a local vendor area so this stuff does not live in dealer reviews.

EDIT: Thread has been moved to appropriate new forum

I like Davie's Tire (http://www.daviestire.com) in Portsmouth. Excellent shop. They mounted/balanced my summers & snows for $40/set of 4. Another local shop quoted $80 for the same job.

Anybody ever been to Oliva Motorsports (http://www.olivamotorsports.com) in Dover? They always have cool used cars out front, and BMW Touring Car racing bits inside. Plus they sell Diamo scooters (http://www.diamousa.com). :p

I know Subaruwrxparts.com is Exeter, but you might want to add Exeter Subaru cause they got a nice parts department, and good customer service...

i know PLtek is in NH, but they seem to have kinda fallen off the map, maybe that's just me, but they didn't even have anything at the WBM to speak of this year either

For non performance work I HIGHLY recommend "Mom's Garage" on Kelly street in Manchester.

I'll actually drive to Manchester to get work done.

Ask for Doug (owner) tell him I sent you.

pltek is great.. i used them twice this year for gaskets. they are very small, 1 person org with no real store front just online with pltek.net

ted (nhsilversti) is his installer.

Does anyone know of a quality shop in the area to have wheels repainted? My Prodrive's don't deserve to look the way they do any longer.

http://powdercoatingsolutions.com/ -- his name is Matt, tell him Vlad from vwvortex sent you he might give you a good deal, but I don't guarantee that. I did powdercoat my VW rims there and quality is very good.

Seriously, I can do pretty much anything on our cars. And if youre not too lazy to drive to laconia and pick up a friggen wrench, I wont charge you for anything. As long as you have the parts, we can do it. I have done pretty much everything on a WRX now except engine internals. So, if you need any work done, I DO have a 3 bay garage at my disposal.

Nice, I have STI springs on my rex right now, but want a little bit lower. Im thinking cobb. Well have to see though, the car handles pretty sick now. And, I spend wayyyy too much money on my car.
