This event is in Englishtown New Jersey any of you guy planning on going?
No Subarus at all in the Quick 16 last year WTF?
I'm trailering my **** box down there to race.

When: SUNDAY Aug 16/2009 @ the 6th Annual EVO/Subaru day
Where: Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, Englishtown New Jersey
Old Bridge Township Raceway Park.
Qualifying/Eliminations on Sunday ONLY
Early registration ends as of July 15th 2009
Paypal address for early registration is dsmq16 @ gmail.com (take out the spaces)
Entry Fee if registered early is $500 with a $200 deposit by July 15th. If registering at the gate the entry fee is $700. Tech card is on top of that.
Q16 cars will get 2 qualifiers. We will use a pro-tree, with courtesy staging.
Rules
-Open to RWD, FWD, AWD Mitsubishi's and Subaru's
-Max turbo size is 76mm Turbo
-Minimum weight is 2100lbs for FWD, 2300lbs for AWD
-NO tube frame cars
-300lb weight penalty for NOS
-Must have ALL safety equipment
-Must have Catch pan
-Must have 9 second license
-Must have legal cage
-Methanol OK

As of today's date (Feb 27/2009) the payouts are as follows:
PAYOUTS
First place win will recieve 1000 dollars extra from Magnus Motorsports. (in the event Magnus wins, it will be passed down to 2nd place)
All Payouts are based on AT LEAST 16 cars The payouts are subject to change as we draw closer to the race date, and more sponsors come on board. Watch this space as the payouts will be changing on a regular basis
Winner $3000 + 1000 to sponsored by Magnus Motorsports total 4000
Runner up $1500
Semi's(2) $750

We would like to point out that any/all proceeds/prizes for this event will be paid entirely to the racers
All Q16 Racers will be parked together in designated Pro Parking area, Racers will have time between rounds to work on your vehicle, (no hotlapping)
Also, if you feel that you want to race but don't have quite enough to race in this class, E - Town will be hosting a "street 16 heads up race" as a supporting class to this main event. Payouts will be handled by the track. There will also be bracket races available, they will be announced with the full schedule shortly.
