"I just got a run of our new 6-speed shifters back from plating, and wow do they look GREAT!

We elected to follow the OEM method of construction for reliability. They look very much like the factory part, but look close, and the subtle, but important differences will show. They have a revised 'short-throw' geometry, a slightly shorter height, and are made with heavier material that stock for solid operation.

These will be available for shipment within a few days.

no i do not believe that shall be the same as the sti trans :)

this fits all 02-2011 imprezas with the sti 6 speed transmission

all LGT's 2010 and newer have a 6 speed, and all manual Legacys have them too.

Inside info help. Jess wants a 6mt.

2010 Leggy have a new 6mt which in NOT the STi 6mt but other than power handling all 6mt's use the same shift linkage connections. The main thing being that it is like the SpecB trans and with gearing based on the 05'+ WRX 5mt.

I actually put my stock one next to yours and the difference is HUGE!!

the stock looks like it could be broken by hand... yours.. not even close.

It will not work on 2010+ legacy 6 speeds. they are cable shifters.
