Helping Our Troops (H.O.T.) is a program designed to support our American (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2021355#) Hero’s from Massachusetts serving overseas. They are an
all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity home based out of Stoneham, MA. Their mission is not political, they are there solely to
help send love and support to our local soldiers while they are away from home and to provide them with the necessary items they are
in need of while serving our country. H.O.T.’s goal is to ship out as many care packages as possible to our troops on a monthly basis!
As of March 2010...H.O.T. has proudly supported 156 Combat Units and 3 Combat Hospitals overseas. Since the start of their program
(winter 2006) they have shipped out 7,152 packaged goods supporting over 12,000 soldiers and growing stronger by the day.
