the black one doesn't look terrible but overall, I say: no me gusta.

i think it might be the rims. there are a couple pics with different rims that make it look significantly better. I think maybe it will have to grow on me over time.

I'll reserve judgement until I've seen it in person. The WRX, while I'm still not crazy about it, was far more uh, handsome I guess, in person. Nothing very aggressive going on here, other than what lurks beneath.

I'd say they could keep a lot of current Subaru fans in the fold with more squared fender flares, big pissed recessed foglamps and some actual taillights, not the "2f4st22Furious-TokyoDorifo-yo-I-can't-believe-Tyrese-and-that-whiney-white-*****-jumped-a-car-into-the-boat" tails that we'll be getting. Ditch the satnav bull**** and add some lightness.

I was psyched to hear that Subaru would be releasing a hatch for 2008... and was properly dismayed when I parked my gigantor Forester next to one, only to find that it's several inches SHORTER than a new WRX hatch. Gay.

The only problem I have with it is the front emblem/grille treatment and the clear tail lights. Both of which can be fixed... one thing I was truly disappointed to hear was it had gone a little soft and testers say its not the race car it once was; too bad.

But I think if you debadge the front end and get rid of the wing thing holding the badge it would look way better from the front.

I take back my last comment... it needs a whole mot more than some debadgeing. But for some reason I still think it has potential.

ummm it's a matter of opinion. Disagreeing on how aggressive it looks doesn't quite mean you're ****ed up, sorry.
