problem with my car

Hey Quick Question, I have an 02 wrx and my check engine light is on, codes pulling are lean/hot in 1st piston, egt sensor,and knock sensor? Wat can it be someone said it can be my up pipe. Would that keep the check engine light off when i turn it off?

there are various codes for the lean cyl1, knock sensor and EGT
