As a means to extend my help and services to the community I wanted to create this thread. Those of you with problem via CEL or mechanical difficulty you can't figure out, please list your P number and your symptoms in AS MUCH detail as possible.
Let use this format for all inquiries (copy/paste):
Year/Make/Model
Modifications
Tuned?
Last parts stock or aftermarket installed
Last maintenance done in 1 year
Type of gas used
CEL/Problem
posts like: "my car like runs bad i think" won't cut it
From here I can try to help you solve the problem.

my boost is inconsistent. Sometimes it hits 19 psi and sometimes is just stops dead at 12 or 13 and just holds. When I get on it from a stand still it almost never goes above 14 psi. I looked for leaks and couldn't find anything.

Didnt you solve this? I think you should take MBC apart and clean it out and make sure lines are run where they can't be pinched when the hood is down.
I'd just re-route it out of the way make sure its not kinked anymore.

yeah I rerouted it and everything and it worked for a while. It came back just a week or so ago. They definitely aren't kinked anymore. I am going to take all the lines off and replace and clean the mbc out. I'll keep you updated.

For sure, that's weird.
I only had that happen those symptoms once when the hood kinked the lines
